JHZL was established in 1999, located in Jiuyang Machinery and Electronics Industry Park of Jingzhou, Hubei Province, covering an area of 50 thousand square meters. JHZL has become an excellent supplier of the key parts of ocean going diesel engine, military and GE products by completing the vertical integration of the industrial chain from casting, machining working to finished products in 2009. JHZL started to march into the aviation field since 2012 and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Cessna, the world's biggest manufacturer of general aviation aircraft and belongs to Textron Aviation now, in February 2013.The agreement helps JHZL become the first private enterprise of China to supply the spare parts of the American general aircraft. At present, JHZL has obtained AS9100 Quality System Certification, Nadcap International Certification of Aviation Special Welding, FAA Certification and CAAC Certification.

Since 2013, JHZL has successfully delivered 8500 aviation components, such as engine mounts, seat frames. Quality and on-time delivery are always put as the primary consideration.
